I want my users to do the following:

1. enter their data
2. transmit data back to my computer that has a phone line hooked up to it's modem
3. if the users have data to download from my machine, do so once connected
4. disconnect once both transfers are complete

Can any tell me a simple or quick way to make this happen. Or any way for that matter?
