In addition to Marcia and Sergey's reply you may want to check FoxyClasses by Cetin Basoz. He has several good grid classes including multiselect grid.
Also I know, what Barbara Peisch (?) has a Sort Grid sample on her site, I can find a link, if you want. And finally, I myself designed a Header class for sorting, if you want, send me a request to my work e-mail (click on envelope) and I send this class to you.
