>No I do not, nor would I even want to do so. This is the native behavior. Dropdown lists (combo boxes with style=2) behave this way whether they are in a grid or just sitting on a form. When you click on them they drop their lists. Why would you want a drop down list that behaves differently from any other drop down list that your users have encountered in the past?

When you click in column in the grid, this column becomes activated. For comboboxes in addition it drops down the list. For me it's annoyance, but I think, it's not a big deal, since all other desired functionality works fine.
