I use VFP 6. The file is from FODos 2.6. No memo fields. Following advice in thread indicated by Sergey I used the following workaround:

SET CPCONFIRM OFF
USE MyFreeTable
COPY TO MyNewTable DATABASE MyDatabase WITH PRODUCTION
USE
