Without wishing to usurp Bonnie <s>, I have that book and it is very very lightweight indeed. I use the Codemine framework and V7 has excellent SQL Server support. There are other frameworks that also include a much higher level of SQL server support. Whilst I am not trying to push a framework, my point is that I learned far more about this topic from studying the code in my framework by general use than the "Client/Server Apps with VFP and Sql Server" book. It gives overview but not any sort of development methodology IMHO.
