AFAIK, they can never display a different time. They are both keyed to the system time. They can be different formats. You can use SET SYSFORMATS ON to make sure they are the same.

This is all well and good if they remain in your application only. However, if the end user Alt-Tabs out to something like Word, I don't think he/she would like it very much if they had to go go back to your applicatino to see what time it is.
