Can you try-n-error?
First, Backup the files or Copy to another name.
e.g. COPY FILE mainform.* TO mainbkup.*


USE mainform.scx Excl
Browse

&& Make sure you can read all procedure memo..
&& if you can read them, you most 70% of your task.
&& Try to mark delete some of the objects and reopen the form again.

Try until you can open the form, then re-do the mainform again.

Anyway, I suggest you should make enough backup copy of your work.
For instance, make MonProj.zip, TueProj.zip...
and backup everyday, it will save you most on 6 backup copies.
Then, use 4-12 CDRW to backup weekly on backup for whole company.
and lock it to fire-save area.

Even there is a fire, your data is kept and most lost is about 1 week work done.
Sure it is acceptable.
