The limits for VFP 7.0 are:
Maximum File size for a single file: 2Gb
Maximum Records for a single DBF: 2 Billion

However, these limits apply to single files, it is perfectly possible to 'partition' tables so that a single "table" uses several files if you have really large volumes of data.
