I really don't understand what you are trying to say.

If you want to help to increase the speed of download, you can turn the graphic switch off in your account setup. That will help a little bit.

But, if it has worked ok for you for months, and that we didn't change anything in regards to that, then the new setup you are using seems to be a factor. I've seen you online as a regular for months. But, this is the first time I heard about this. So, I don't think the problem is on our end.
