Hi Zlatin

With all due respect, that is not really an alternative. The development environments and system requirements of VFP and SQL Server (not to mention the licensing and maintenance issues) are in no way comparable - there are many situations in which SQL Server (or Oracle) is simply not a practical solution - but large volumes of data still need to be handled.
