What I usually do when I need to clone a project (or just have a backup of the project so that I can compile in different versions of Fox or with a different set of features) is to USE my.pjx, Copy to Other.pjx, and start from there. Basically, you can simply copy the whole set of directories (project etc) and start off there, keeping the name of the project the same, just building a different exe:

build exe DifferentlyNamedExecutable from MyOldClonedProject
