Apart from the approach Peter suggested, you could try a source control system. Use VSS. Another option: Perforce (
www.perforce.com) works fine (I don't use some of the advanced features, so I can't tell for sure), and it is free for 1 or 2 developers.
Source control has special options to synchronize files between different projects.
Of course, if you use FoxPro, you don't have the integration with the project manager. You will have to check out and check in manually.
