I am looking for the function that mimics the NETSEND command in MS-DOS command language. The only think I have found is SendMessage. If this is the function, then what parameter do I enter for the Window Handle if I want to send the message to a computer on a different domain? The net send example is something like

NET SEND /domain:Terminal1 It is time to shut down.

Any ideas??
