This is about as far from an official Microsoft answer as you're ever going to see out of me, but I'm guessing just about anything with a Fox head and the number 7 on it would qualify. Rebate center employees aren't exactly highly trained fraud experts, you know, they just want to churn coupons. Keep in mind that this is based on my previous experience with various software products, and not on anything I know based on my employement.

I will, however, try to fish around today and see if there are more definitive details somewhere.
