Hi Geoff,

I've seen this behavior. I had a grid on table with a filter set on and I noticed the same problem even without combo. I solved it by placing iif(seek(myKeyField,'MyOtherTable'),MyOtherTable.Description,"") into controlsource or the column, I wanted to show some info. I could not make it work correctly using relationship.
