Yes, I have seen a similar problem. I have C: and D: as local machines and am running the setup.exe from V:

The default is to install on C: but sometimes it chooses to install to D:

Is this the same type of problem?

The shortcuts are created correctly and the sub-directory is created on C:, however, all the files are copied to D:
