Yes, we just nailed it down last week. The problem was the Office plug-in for Norton Anti-Virus. It was causing a slowdown that resulted in the error. The client turned off that plug-in and all was well.

We'd determined it was a timing problem before that and a WAIT TIMEOUT statement before the one that was erroring also had solved the problem.
