All I did was comment-out code in the ComboBox Valid so I could make it independent of the data you use to populate it and it works fine.

I'll keep working on it for you, but I will need samples (bogus data if you need) of the tables that drive all the conditions and populate the cursors. I think there are only three, but you have a lot of conditional things going on that I'm still not certain it isn't data-related. BTW, I did see your Browse code, but in order to do more detailed testing I will need to have sample data to work from. Just free tables are fine.
