I've gotten this too, I think my solution was to install IE55, but I'm not positive. If I find it in my notes I'll let you know.

FWIW, I would avoid supporting Windows 95 with VFP7 applications. Its not worth it. Also, FWIW, if I were you, I'd strongly recommed that your users upgrade from Windows 95. Its old, its slow, it sucks. XP/2000 is ideal, but even if its just to 98 that would be better.

Seriouslly, Windows 95 is almost 7 years old and life in MS's support is almost over (or is, I keep forgetting its status).
