Several reasons craig. Tom O'Hare has written one being used now on VFUG that will do chats, privated conversations, etc. It can also be used in a FoxPro app. you can establish the server part on your machine without using IIS or pws and do your own chats. this will be an amazing thing for say corporate clients. It is hitting fairly big on VFU as it is also tied to an app where you can do the forums on your desktop with no registry entries etc. Take a look at it.
