Thanks for your help, but I'm still getting nowhere with this. What I need seems like it should be simple -- just one field in a data file, one field on a form, and one field in a report that is Korean characters. I have the original Korean text in a Word Doc, so I can copy and paste into a data field. Otherwise, the entire application is in English. I can make it work if I set the Windows default to Korean, but this has some bad side-efects with other things.
