I can not include the program file name in the code, I don't know in advance
which program will run. Let me give you more details:

This application is a generic 'Report Menu' that let the users run reports, I
store the code for the reports in MEMO fields, that way when a change needs to be made I do not have to kick the users out of the system, I just update the
code in the memo field. One piece of code handles all the reports, I just need the name/code of the report, get the record and copy the memo to a file and then
run the report from that file. Got it now?

The problem is, that at run time Fox doesn't see file. :(
