Well, continuing on... if I *were* going that route, it still wouldn't completely work -- the user could hit the keyboard caps lock key and turn caps off, and the entered text would not be upper case any more.

...so NO WAY I would go that route! :-)

I kind of like the this.value = UPPER(this.value) in KeyPress or InteractiveChange.
