Dear Sir/madam

I am using Datetime field to record the current date and time . But in some reports I need only date to be displayed which can be done but I am unable to find how to extract the time part from the datetime() field. In DB structure the field type is datetime.

This field records the current date and time for attendance puposed.

Please help or suggest any other way.
