Just curous: why you expose source codes to all your users? Just compile the project into EXE module and install for users? Then let only admnistrator have an access to project and source files...

You can define a proper security for your files on the level of Windows 2000 or Windows NT. Define that everyone can only read certain files and administrator have full access to these files and thats all that you need to do. This can also slow down access to files slightly.
