Hi!

I guess there are no difference at all, because Outlook downloads messages from server and keep them in its own folders (mailbox file). Server is used only to send/receive messages and thus have no difference for Outlook.

>Part of my VFP7 application adds contacts and appointments to Outlook. One of our clients wants the users to share calendars and so they are planning to use Exchange Server. I don't really know anything about Exchange Server. Do I have to change my code in order for it to work? How should the apppointments be created so that all users can see them or a user can see his own regardless of which workstation he is logged on to?

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs

It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
