I use SatForms which comes with an ActiveX control that works beautifully with VFP forms to synch your VFP data to and from the Palm device. I have not used CASL software, but one person around here has and likes it. SatForms is about $795 while CASL Soft is less than $100. CASL Soft also has a downloadable demo of their software.
