I've got two questions about the report writer in 2.6a.

1. Is there a way to underline a field in a report? I know you can do it in later versions (in fonts->effects, but the effects part is not in the font dialog box in 2.6), but this report must work in 2.6a. I tried setting the field to myfield + chr(13) + replicate('_', len(alltrimtrim(myfield))) but that doesn't seem to work.

2. Can you 'force' a page break in the report. In this report there are two lines in the detail band. If the first line is going to be printed on page 2, but the second line will be printing on page 3 then I would rather have both lines print on page 3.
