Well, I tested it. I created two features, a 98 and a NT, in both, I added a file named "dll.txt" from two different directories with two different contents.

I set it up so the file in the 98 feature only installed on 9x, and the NT feature only on nt/2k. Built it (Single Image version), saw your warning, just ignored it. Then I installed on two systems, mine (2000) and got the "nt" message, and a 95 system and got the "98" message.

Looks like it works!
