I would start trying to troubleshoot where the problem is exactly.

compile form FormName
compile form ClassName.vcx
modify form FormName

Go down the list of forms, programs, classes, reports, etc. This should give you an idea if everything got moved over. You may even have to re-install VFP 3 on that machine.
