This line of code added at the end of cmdGo.Click tweaks it for me:

thisform.oleExplorer.SetFocus()

but that still doesn't help if focus goes to one of the other controls and then you move the mouse back over the browser and wheel. Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be an OnMouseOver event for that control. Is there a way to trap MouseOver inside the HTML you are stuffing into the browser?

Also you are missing a couple of files from the zip website.ico, info.bmp and info.msk.
