First, I was talking about the "More:" dropdown. Surely people do NOT want to go to the same place twice in a row.
I don't see it as really "OK" to put it back to the top so much as it is a wortkaround for a problem (that wheeling while it had focus caused lots of windows to fire up). My point was:
Since you have succeeded in having focus LEAVE the "Go Back" drop-down, can you do the same for the "More:"? If you can then there should be no problem leaving it where it was for last selection (I don't care if it starts at "More: " with each session, I just don't want it to go back to the top once I have made a selection. The way it works now is "OK" only as a work-around for a problem, but is it NOT OK for the general case. It now causes unneeded extra mousing/clicking that could be avoided!
