>We have a client that has lost the ability to cut and paste in any program. They are running Win95. I'm guessing that cut and paste is part of the OS and that programs use that for their own c&p. That would make sense, then, that if the c&p in the OS is messed up, it would affect all the programs. The question is, how do I fix it? Is there something in the registry that controls it? Or a certain DLL that needs to be replaced? Anyone know if this can be fixed short of re-installing the whole OS?

Windows 95 isn't supported by MS anymore. It's time to upgrade to something better. Even Windows 98 is much more stable than Win 95.
