Install Shield Express lets you have a "Database Folder" dialog. Once the app is installed, how does it know what dir the user specified?

Also, it defaults to "c:\program files\MyApp\" which is bad. On NT (2k/xp) the users don't have write rights to that. I would think it should be under "\documents and settings\all users\application data\MyApp" right?
