That's what I ended up deciding to do since there doesn't seem to be any way to conditionally print the summary.

>If you can determine if there is summary data before running the report you can duplicate the report at design time (i.e. have two reports one w/h one w/o summary) or at run time (copy the .frx to a temp .frx except for objcode=8).
