btw. Can you post the exact messages you receive? Also in what environment are you working in? (e.g. OSs - WinNT/2k/XP/98/95/Novell?, types of printers installed, are all printers local or network, etc.)
And can you make a 100% sure error-reproducing pattern - "What shall I do to make the error came out?"
