Besides all the great ideas Craig listed ... here's another one. Scan the want ads in the Sunday paper looking for jobs that list FoxPro (or whatever you're interested in). Send the company a letter telling them about your services (include a brochure if you have one) and then tell them that if they cannot find a full-time employee and want to consider out-sourcing, to please give you a call. I've found that sometimes companies don't really need a full-time employee and are willing to outsource.
