Title:
Using Access to update vfp tables
I am responding to an RFP in which they want the tables in the system to be accessible and editable through Access 2000. (Probably some administrator knows Access and want to be able to gain access to the data)
I would assume you can use the VFP ODBC driver to perform this requirement. Not having worked with Access in years, I was wondering if anyone see any problem in meeting this requirement and a heads up on any problem that I might encounter.
Would it be better to keep the tables as separate table or in a DBC?
Thanks - Any responses will be appreciated as I meet with the Client tomorrow and just noticed this requirement. All the other requirements, VFP meets with flying colors.
