Hi Ernest i'm sorry but I don' know foxweb I saw foxisapi in the message but reading the documentation you also need you source code to be present.
If I remember correctly in foxisapi you receive an integer that you must keep so that your server don't be released and once you set that parameter to 0 your server is released perhaps that it.

>Why the documentation pretends that this should be possible ?

>Foxisapi.dll also makes it possible for you to debug your ISAPI Automation servers on your local machine. Set the number of instances of the ISAPI Automation server you wish to debug to 0 as shown in the following example Foxisapi.ini file:
>
>[FOXWEB.MYSERVER]
>FOXWEB.SERVER=0
>The Odebug.prg program file must be present in your Visual FoxPro root folder and the ISAPI Automation server source files must be present. Be sure that the ISAPI Automation server you wish to debug is configured as a persistent ISAPI Automation server, and debugging information is turned on in the project containing the ISAPI Automation server source files.
