I realise that this is a bit of a Pie in the sky request but does anybody know if there is anything out there that converts a SQLServer DDL script to Oracle

We have SQL Server Database and we have a supplier with a mirror of the Database on Oracle (ideally they would also be on SQL server also.. but such is the way of things). When I make structural changes to the database. I would like to be able to convert my SQLServer script of structural changes to Oracle, so that all they have to do is run the equivalent script.

Does anyone know of any thirdparty tools or utilities that might accomplish this
