I need to create a screen that runs by itself, so I created a form with all the statistics.

What I did was create a form. Then I wrote the following into the main.prg as follows;

do form form_abc
read event
quit

In the form_abc, I wrote in the click event as follows
thisform.release
clear event

After compiling it into EXE, the form only runs for a fraction of a second and dissappears.

Where did I go wrong?
