So, I made few minor corrections in the readme file and cosmetic changes in command button click, then sent him back zip file. Then he disappeared. I don't know, what happened, did he receive the file I sent or not. I checked UT members area and he is not a user. So, should I publish this file or should I try to find him?

IANAL but, Generally, without or without a copyright, he has rights over his written work for at least one year. In the case of code I wouldn't publish it because he may want to keep it propriatary in order to generate income.
