I got my present job through a recruiter. However, I was sent out by one of the staff members who knew nothing about any programming languages. I had several interviews that were unreal, with .COM companies, etc. Suddenly I had a new person from the same recruiter who contacted me. This person could communicate with companies and me. She made the match by doing her job, which the other person was not able to accomplish.

You have to be creative to find a job and lucky also! Most of all a positive attitude and perseverance really help! I do not mind stating I prayed a lot too!
