hehe...sounds familiar.

Just last night my wife told me she had called our local "Time & Temperature" to get the temperature before taking the boys to school yesterday morning...she had a momentary panic because the time it gave her was 15 minutes fast.

>But: here in Cochabamba, the local telephone company offers a "service", where you can call by phone to get the time. Problem #1: about 8 minutes ahead. Problem #2: since it's a highly reputed company, many people actualy use this time. Sigh.
