>A tale of woe. I want to order the Visual Studio.net Beta 2 CD. It is available from the Microsoft Store on line. However, when I attempt to order it the web site generates an error. Undoubtedly this is because the only charge for this item is for shipping and handling. Wise man that I am, I decided to call Microsoft and order it direct. I dialed 800-426-9400 and eventually talked to a human who told me to call 800-360-7561 whose human told me to dial 800-642-7676.
