So? They are contracted by MS, and they represent MS. The frustration is still valid.

As an aside, I had no problem ordering it online. I received it a couple of days ago and can't wait to dive in. I believe you have a C# book (or more) you have been reading. Is there one you care to recommend (or recommend against *grin*)?

I was considering getting a C# book by O'Reilly (sp?).
