Well, we would also hate to divide similar content in various sources. That was also one reason why we wouldn't go for it.

What I still think is to suggest members who are not sure about submitting a file for such reasons to at least exchange a few emails with us in private so we can suggest something about it. In most cases, I'm sure there is certainly a place for their file in the Downloads section. What that happens, I'm sure some of us will be happy to test their code and see if it works and if it could be enhanced before uploading.
