There is no specific action needed to 'convert' from VFP 6.0 to VFP 7.0. As others have told you, simply re-compile your project under VFP 7.0. However, you should be aware that there are some changes 'under the hood' that may cause you problems if, for any reason, you need to go back to VFP 6.0.

Specifically the structure of the menu tables have been changed (to accommodate pictures in menus). If you edit your menus under 7.0 you will not be able to open them under 6.0 any more. Also, a number of commands and functions have been extended (check the help file for details) and if you start using these enhanced commands you will lose backward compatibility too.
