To do these things you need a specialized computer telephony tool like Vbvoice
or Visual voice. If you want to use a voice modem you need a tool that is TAPI
compliant (normally you would use special cards like multi-line Rhetorex or Pika
cards and these do not have data transfer capabilities, that is they are NOT modems)
Some of these tools can be used with VB4 or VB5. Some of these tools require the use
of C++.
