Everything you write? Even stuff you write in your own time that doesn't pertain to the business of the employer?
Actually, I had an employer that had this type of language in the employee agreement. Anything I wrote (no matter what) that
could be used by the company for its business (they used both VFP and SQL Server) would fall under their jurisdiction. I didn't sign it and I went to the legal department to explain my reasons. We ended up drafting an addendum.
Terms that all encompassing are ridiculous, IMO.
